Last weekend at the world famous Universe Weekend in Miami, Muscle athlete Ingrid Roldan of Costa Rica was crowned Miss Figure Universe 2008. This marks the second consecutive year that Ingrid has won the Miss Figure Universe crown. Congratulations.
